How can I return an item?
You can return an item by completely filling out our return form.
An item in my order is damaged. What should I do?
Please contact our after-sales service. We will do everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please enclose clear photos with your request so that we can assess the damage and process your request more quickly.
What are the return costs?
If we provide you with a return label, we will charge the following costs (deducted from your refund):
4.95 euros (Belgium and the Netherlands – PostNL label)
If we collect the product from you, we charge a cost of 15 euros.
